Stock Transfer Creation - Edit - Load from Hand Held

You can load item lines into a stock transfer batch from a hand held device (e.g. a P460 scanner). You can also use this option for manual data entry where you want to quickly key in the item to be transferred then the quantity.

Technical Tip To access this option, the registration code for Simple Hand Held must be turned on in your company configuration (for more information, refer to "Edit Company - Registration"). 2.8 Feature If this option is disabled even though you have access to the Simple Hand Held functions, refer instead to "Stock Transfer Creation - Edit - Upload Line Records (v2.8)".

1. Display the Stock Transfer Creation screen.

Refer to "Stock Transfer Creation - Edit Menu Options".

2. Select EDIT | LOAD FROM HAND HELD.

Micronet displays the Enter Transfer Item screen.

3. Optionally, select Download on your hand held device to automatically load items into the transfer batch.

Micronet accepts the data and loads each item into the batch.

4. Alternatively, complete the following fields to manually enter item numbers, quantities and bin locations:

5. Select the Accept button.

Micronet redisplays the Enter Transfer Item screen so you can continue adding items to the batch.

6. When you have finished adding items to the batch, select the Cancel button.

Micronet redisplays the Stock Transfer Creation screen with the transfer lines you added.
